Tax Preparation

Missed the income tax deadline? Don’t sweat it, we’ll get you caught up.

In person, drop off, and virtual tax preparation appointments are available at your convenience. 

I specialize in personal (T1) returns including police, landlords and self-employed individuals.  All personal tax returns and T2 (corporate) tax preparation enquiries are welcome. 

Sales tax remittance (GST/HST) services are also available upon request.

Pricing is based on the complexity of your return with discounts available for families that file together.  Personal (T1) returns start at $80 per person per year.  Preparation of corporate (T2) returns are charged $150 per hour.   

An estimate will be provided for your approval before the work is complete.

Bookkeeping packages

Bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll etc. the possibilities are endless!

Compilation Engagements: Compilation engagements are billed the hourly rate of $75 per hour.

Ongoing Service Packages: Custom bookkeeping packages are designed based on the needs of individual clients.  I use Quickbooks Online software to manage client records and provide optional access to discounted subscription fees.

Intake Process

• We engage in a free 15-minute phone or virtual consultation to better understand your bookkeeping needs.
• I generate a draft bookkeeping package with a non-binding estimate based on the information provided.
• New clients are onboarded and are charged an hourly rate of $75/hour for the first three months of service.
• We engage in a 3-month review process to compare the level of service provided against the information provided in the initial consultation. A revised quote is provided for consideration – I will never encourage you to sign up for services you don’t need.
• If we both agree to continue our relationship, a one or two year renewable engagement letter is signed, and agreed upon package pricing commences in month four.
